I decided to count it up, and he’s said 63 words as of the fourth panel. I was counting the and a, even though I believe most English teachers wouldn’t.
Also, one teacher once told me that a single-page typed up (I forget if single-spaced or double-spaced) is about 250 words, for anyone who still needs to worry about that.
