Oh, yeah, this IS the year MST3K came out with the movie and, as they blew the budget, was kicked off Comedy Central. Sci-Fi would pick ’em up…but it was not the same.
I’m surprised the gang didn’t have more to say about Comedy Central repaying MST3K for all they did for the channel by throwing them out and pretending they never existed. At least Sci-Fi will buy them a few more years.
Here recently, I can’t help but think of the bit between Arin and Dan of Game Grumps where Dan tried to gaslight Arin into liking Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. lol

Seems like Steve didn’t watch Kids WB!, because they had Freakazoid!, Earthworm Jim and Pinky and the Brain.
