And there it is. The two things that most people remember about the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta– Kerri Strug, and the bombing, and both are being addressed in this arc. For me personally, this is a really fun arc that brings back memories, because I actually got to go to those Olympics. I lived about two hours northeast of Atlanta at the time, on Lake Lanier, and my family got tickets to one of the rowing competitions. I remember us also driving down to Atlanta and walking around Centennial Olympic Park only a few days before the bombing, to see how crowded it was, and if we could find our brick. (The park’s construction was partially funded by people buying bricks that were engraved with their names and built into the walkways. My family bought one, and it’s probably still there to this day, even though we’ve long since moved away.)
@TheJayster99 I’d argue that if anyone is growing up and maturing, it might be Ryan.
I don’t think trying to steal someone else’s girlfriend just because she grew boobs, climb a water tower for her attention and creating a small scale Atlanta Bomb Scare just so you can go home warrants praise for growing.
That said, then we wouldn’t have plots and shenanigans if he did!
I like that Andrew and Ryan a bit more mellower now. I mean, they’re still jerks but they’re not as uncivil and assholish towards Eric and Jenny as they used to be.
Also, I’m now just realizing that this is a two-week storyline cause I was surprised to see this still on-going.

You know, when this arc started, I thought Jenny would be the one to mimic the Olympic Village pipe bomb incident.
