Ok, listen, I’m all for a little fluff when it comes to ships I’m particularly slanted towards, like Kenaaron/Aarendra here but I think JB oughta make things more realistic and have Kendra and Aaron’s interactions be portrayed in a more awkward and uncomfortable way. I mean, I get it, we spent far too much time on that will they-won’t they bosh in the old continuity but people, even when they hit it off as smoothly as these soon-to-be SOs/sweethearts, don’t just have this natural and unpretentious a conversation, in my experience, at least.
Aaron, starting with the dumbest thing he can. Ghost was in 1990. It’s not too late for JB to throw it in, yeah? So, Ghost wasn’t animated, Beetlejuice wasn’t animated, but the Beetlejuice cartoon was, so therefore Kendra’s got a better chance to have seen the BJ cartoon then she has to have seen Ghost.
Kendra makes a good sounding board of reason against everything that is Aaron.
I’m the type of guy that KNOWS they aren’t real, but I wish that they WERE.
Also nice seeing these two get along without the pure social awkwardness between each other (especially Kendra). Almost kinda feels out of character ^^;
