Well, given that the actual shooting of the video might’ve only lasted a day, we can conclude that this arc now takes place over a week afterwards. These strips are posted daily, but most of these events all happen on the same day. So the timeline of events in between arcs could last quite a while (days or weeks even).
Considering this is a cartoon world were everybody are virtually immortal and can “heal” quickly, it seems like the chloride episode from the previous story never happened here XD
