Seems like most people forgot that in the previous incarnation, Selina appeared again in a short arc, where she realized she needed to think for herself. The question now is, who’s going to teach her that lesson, Linday’s crew or Joel’s? Maybe both?
I mean to be fair, looking back, Sinead was completely in the right. I know the whole arc of this storyline is that Selina needs to think for herself, but like… the Catholics are still evil.
I completely forgot about Selina as well as the controversy with Sinead O’Connor ripping a picture of The Pope on SNL (the controversy, which I think this arc is a reference to)
I bet she’s the kind of person who says “I have this opinion, and anyone who doesn’t agree with me, gets my fist crammed down their throat!” She very much looks like she thinks violence is always the answer.
Going out of your way to IMMEDIATELY spout verbal attacks against other people, who have absolutely NO CLUE why, to try to prove a point? Selina, you’ve already made yourself out to be the villain of this strip. All you’re gonna do is make yourself be the laughing stock of the school, ridiculed, and shunned. And whatever movement you’re trying to lead, is gonna be bashed, too.
I was kind if hoping that the whole school would be mad at her and shame her, maybe have one or two people call her “irredeemable”. Then again that would probably be too dark.
@Tarotsu True. But they were Lindsay’s friends. But the main question is how different will the other students, specifically Joel and co, think of her?
OK, so this is after the “Joel goes on a date with crazy Sinead fan”. Is this new? Is this a non-‘retake’ arc? If so then I’m totally lost. Yay.
Selina, Denise, all those other characters who are “JB isn’t drawing them being dragged away in a straitjacket because he knows we’ve all seen Loony Toons”. I wonder what sort of mental health is the guidance department teaching?
If Selena and a equally-obsessive U2 fan get trapped in an elevator, who would get out alive?

Oh brother. We traded in one nut job for another!
Hoo boy, SHE’s back.
…kay, who’s this?
I know what this is parodying, though.
Well,…guess SOMEONE won’t be invited onto “Saturday Night Live”.

And just like that, Selina just made herself a target.
@TV Head: It’s a photo of Pope John Paul II, whose photo Sinead O’Connor infamously tore into pieces on Saturday Night Live. [link]

Also I’m a sucker for angst
Hey, it’s Crazy Sinead O’Connor Fangirl! Didn’t expect to see her again. I wonder what wacky antics she’ll get up to?
I wonder who’s picture she ripped up. Can’t say I recognize the subject.
So, the Sinead O’Connor fangirl returns? I’m guessing this arc has something to do with O’Connor in some capacity judging by the tags.
Plus, Ghost, I thought the ending of that arc implied that no one harbored ill will against Lindsay for her past transgressions

*big
And speaking of Lindsay, it turns out her reputation is unaffected by the bug reveal. Pretty forgiving for a high school!
Shut up, Lindsay.
I was wondering when she was gonna reappear again.
