I think he’s much more equipped to tell her to go fuck herself now that he’s seen a world outside her philosophy and has a clearer idea of the damage she could do.

A remake of the “It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad Tina” arc huh? I’m envisioning Jacob being the one having a breakdown on live TV this time around, because I’m impressed he hasn’t already.
It ocurrs to me that this could be curtailed by just telling Jacob to tell the truth on TV, since Deb will probably set him in front of a camera again.
I’m not going to lie, this strip dose make me think on my political and moral stance on such a subject.
