War of the world’s… of course this dumbass thought that was a real invasion. Although, and I’m far from a historical expert on that point in time. Weren’t white people basically “encouraged ” to be racist assholes to… pretty much everybody else?
Actually, there’s little to no evidence of that and it’s believed that the newspapers made that up to drum up sales and discredit radio.

Hang on, so if she was 9 years old in 1938, that would make her 65 in 1994. Somehow she’s always struck me as being WAY older than that.
