@Joseph Smith A-to-the-men! I mean…the scripture you used is Mormon which I doubt Ron considers really “Christian” But…the sentiment is there and true!
Well, now that the emails have been made public, hopefully they’ll reveal the forged signature and maybe even (if it exists) recorded footage of the rally where Ronald shot at Jocelyn, Joel, Aaron and Steve and then proceeded to spank Jocelyn in front of everyone, proving clear as day that she was telling the truth and not some “made up story”. If that doesn’t convince Phyllis to finally stand up to her lying, soulless, bad-tempered, delusional, power-mad, misogynistic, gaslighting, egocentric, hypocritical, morally-corrupt, fundamentalist asswipe lunatic of a husband who gives Christianity a bad name, I don’t know what will.
Seriously, Ronald may have proven to be an irredeemable sack of monkey shit who deserves all the karma that’s being thrown his way, but I want to believe there’s still hope for Phyllis to turn herself around.
And here I thought that this was inside the church. Being a Deacon elected to the Governor’s office really doesn’t have much traction for ol Ron there.
And the rebellious shall be pierced with much sorrow; for their iniquities shall be spoken upon the housetops, and their secret acts shall be revealed.
@MattTEHMan1991: Or beat Ronald to death even if he survives.
@MegaJar: You know the town has only TWO police officers who (almost) always screw everything when they do their job, but the federal authorities might show up.
Ronald: *snatches the email logs from Vicky and rips them up* HA! Good luck convincing anyone without any evidence!
Vicky: What kind of an idiot do you take me for? I already sent copies to the state elections board and the police. Speaking of which, they should be arriving aaaaaany second now to arrest you for massive election fraud, domestic abuse, attempted assault, and general assholery.
*sirens wail in the distance, growing closer*
Ronald: 0_0 You’ll never take me alive!
*Ronald turns and dashes away, but only gets a few yards before an outstretched leg trips him. He falls flat on his face, and looks up to see…*
Ronald: PHYLLIS?! Hurry! Help me escape! NOW!
Phyllis: …I want a divorce.
We’ll have to wait till tomorrow to see if I got any of that right.
@ExxorD: What really sucks is that so-called “Christians” just like Ronald exist everywhere in the real world. Including one that actually did get elected to the highest political office of the USA…
Ronald really gives honest Christians a bad name and reputation. I’m agnostic, but if I recall, what it all boils down to is being a genuinely good and honest person. Being the best version of yourself. Ronald is anything but. I now sit back and watch what will be the biggest humiliation conga since Woodstock ’94.
Does he really think he’ll still have the power to get them arrested now that his fraud’s been exposed? One week left, folks. Hopefully he gets more than just dragged away like Russell.
Admittedly, I already saw the WIP for this and the previous Sunday comics over on Patreon, so I already had a basic idea of how this arc was going to play out; it was only a matter of seeing how the gaps would be filled. Of course, what Jesse has planned between now and next Tuesday is still a complete mystery to me.
Funnily enough, I actually had a dream about this arc a few nights ago…in my dream, Phyllis finally reached her breaking point, grabbed Vicky’s gun without her noticing, and shot Ronald dead on the spot. I doubt this will actually happen, but as I’ve proven, I can dream. 🤣
At any rate, I’m REALLY looking forward to seeing how Ronald meets his final and long-awaited comeuppance.

@MegaJar: I thin the crowd will throw eggs, fruits & vegetables at Ronald in the next strip.
@MegaJar yep this sounds just about right. Thought that bit should take about 4 or so comics to be wrapped up.
Lars really is the best manager. He always comes prepared.
Here’s my prediction for tomorrow’s strip:

And Ronald continues to throw another tantrum once he has officially been exposed.
Well Ronald, when you dance with the devil, you seldom pick the tune!!
If we ever see “DessertStormer”, it’ll probably be on an episode of COPS, squealing like a stuck pig while being shoved in the back of a squad car.
Speaking of DesertStormer91, he has yet to appear in this storyline, but in the meanwhile, the REAL show has just begun!
@ExxorD: What really sucks is that so-called “Christians” just like Ronald exist everywhere in the real world. Including one that actually did get elected to the highest political office of the USA…
Okay. Joce really is a brunette. And there’s still a chance for Phyllis to snap and divorce Ronald right there…
Excrement, meet oscillating air mover.
😌 Oh yes… that’s the sweet relief of exposure and revelation attacking Ron the phony Christian.
Also, where did Phyllis go? Did she slip away in embarrassment? Is she still standing there just off-panel?

Vicky and Lars for the win baby. Also, nice to see that Fitzsimmons has standards. Ronald, you are screwed.
……..Fitzsimmons has grandkids?! I wonder if she treats them the same as she treats everyone else.
Does he really think he’ll still have the power to get them arrested now that his fraud’s been exposed? One week left, folks. Hopefully he gets more than just dragged away like Russell.
I like how Lars is always prepared.
So THAT’S what her natural hair looks like!
So that’s what Lars’ hair color looks like lol
