Yes I saw him talking in the last panel, but look at that, he hit Mulroney so hard his eyeball popped out and smashed his face into the consistency of hamburger. Thirty years from now that would come across as a red flag.
This is the first strip I think I’ve ever seen of NNS in general where the panels are actually different sizes (excluding the Sunday strips). And believe me, I sure as hell ain’t disappointed XD
