Cheeky! Yeah, they’re a couple. Aaron may not have brains, but he tries to look good.
Panel 3 typo- “I’m stull learning”
Jayster- clearly, they’re avoiding as many people as they can while Kendra embarrasses the both of them. Given that a portion of a major american city is self destructing at the (then) moment, it’s easy to think that you’re missing out on some good reactions.
I see Kendra still draws nudes in this continuity. Take it from somebody who knows a lot of NSFW artists, that’ll definitely make her big bucks as an artist XD
Overall, I really enjoyed this arc for giving Aaron and Kendra some much needed focus and character development.
I especially enjoyed how the arc briefly went over their respective personal issues rather than spending entire separate arcs on them. Normally I would argue that their issues would need fleshing out, but considering the last continuities’ attempts at exploring the character’s personal lives… yeah, I’m glad they were just brief here XD
My only complaint is that the arc was a little all over the place, particularly during the first half. It started off with talk about the Rodney King incident, then it shifted into people calling Aaron racist, and lastly the rest of the arc focused solely on Aaron and Kendra’s relationship.
My only guess is that you were attempting to experiment with story shifting, and I would argue that it still needs a little work.
2 couples ships have sailed, one more to go. With the Joel/Michelle and Aaron/Kendra pairings officially together, it will be interesting to see how Steve/Jocelyn plays out.
Heh. Taigan from last page’s comments got it right.
The fact that Aaron was able to accept the nude sketch with the humor that he did shows how genuine the relationship is.
I like the way Kendra thinks. :3
Oh my god these two are adorable. ^_^

If she draws HERSELF nude and gives it to him, I’mma puke from the saccharine…
