This explains that fictional 2000s TV cartoon series I came up with, which its lore states that it started production in the 90s.
I know I said I was gonna ease up on my critiques of the comic, but the walls of text are especially egregious here, ngl.
The starry night backgrounds used in the panels are nice, though.
