For the record, if Johannsen saw Jon pick up Joel by the shirt, he can back Joel for placing the charge of attempted first-degree assault as well. Then bump it to first-degree assault when Jon lost his shit. He witnessed his assistant manager get physical with his employee and a paying customer, that isn’t gonna fly anywhere. Jon has never done anything smoothly ever. So, Jon is caught. The fallout still has to happen even when the incident is over. Joel will have to make a move- even if it’s to file a claim. After all, there’s going to be a vacancy in the store management.
I was half hoping we’d see Joel tray-dueling RageMan while screaming out Nirvana lyrics. (no, I don’t know what song would be best.)
