There is a line here from a song about not being a lawyer that goes “no one you work with looks like Ali McBeal.” I have a feeling there needs to be a similar song with similar lines for the field of medicine.
Ooo, a Marion centered storyline. I remember in the original, Marion pondered the thought of being a doctor but Rick refused and I think that’s when Marion bought that “Women Are From Venus” book. I could be wrong.
Either way, I recall JB saying that this story will explore Marion’s gullibility a bit more, and it’s pretty evident from this page alone that Marion is already believing a buncha BS.

It’s great to see Marion trying to achieve her dreams, even if they happen to be spontaneous. She’s really adorable especially in the last two panels.

Two weeks ago, Rick got his own centered storyline. Now it is Marion’s turn. I wonder how things will work by the end.
Also, unlike Rick’s, this storyline will endure two weeks.
