Y’know, there are a hundred and four days of summer vacation, then school comes around just to end. And, sadly, the annual problem of each generation is finding a good way to spend it.
I was shocked when I checked the mail to find someone in Eden Prairie MN sent me a letter! Apparently I’m per-approved for a loan. Thanks, JB, for making me laugh at junk mail in the middle of the post office ^_^
@Jim: They’ve already discovered several things that don’t exist, such as Mulroney’s hair, Ronald’s kindness, or Steve’s ability to give a shit. As for giving a monkey a shower, Rick is basically a no-show in this continuity, so that’s less of an option.
Jayster- It’s less motivation to do X, and more admitting that “I’d rather do X than Y. In fact, when faced with Y, I’d really like to do X instead.” If you remove Y, that doesn’t change the amount of like you have to do X, it just lets you look at X as itself, not X as a distraction from Y. If X is not enjoyable enough compared to Z, that’s when no one does X, and just wanders off to Z.
Lotso: That’s assuming Lindsay is still 18 in this continuity. Other than the main six and some adults like Tina, I don’t think we know how old the supporting cast is.
Everything you’ve ever wanted, but nothing that you can afford.
Hmm, the title is a “House of Pain” song that was popular at the time. What’s this going to be about? Aaron and the gang leading a charge into a parking lot fair to jump in the Bouncy House? Jenny learning to jump off the high board? Or off a roof? Perhaps the pratfall will happen to Jenny, and she’ll only land in mud, but she’s likely to splatter someone. Eric trying to do cool street moves while jumping rope and losing his lunch? Steve going bungie jumping?
Also worth noting that today is the 10th anniversary of “Gravity Falls”, a show that took place during summer vacation. I don’t know if that’s a coincidence but it sure was appropriately timed lol
Hopefully that means, the next three real-time months, we won’t have to see the school setting again for a while. All the drama related to school was getting a little tiresome, I won’t lie.
It’s funny how you feel like you never have time to do anything when you’re in school, but when you’re finally OUT of school, that’s when you lose motivation to do the things you keep saying you want to do >_<
@Chris Wolvie. Katy- MOM!!! Joel and Aaron are making a title sequence!

I mean, if they’re looking for something to do, they could try building a rocket, fighting a mummy, or climbing up the Eiffel Tower.
Even if I wanted to do my own stuff in summer, my parents would keep me busy on doing other things…
@ExxorD. Kriss Kross will make ya…
Jump! Jump! Jump!
@Tarotsu – Yeah I recall JB saying a long while ago that Lindsay is still 18 in this continuity.
Welcome to Summer.

Anyone else realize that Lindsay would have graduated by now had this followed an actual timeline?
