I’ll be honest, I see Marion more as a lawyer or businesswoman. Though not a Young Urban Professional. The Yuppie movement was on its way out at this point, I think.
Marion learned her lesson, and I hope for Sully to NEVER come back!
As for the story, it looks like Marion is a total daydreamer like her son. Hence the ideas he has every time!
As for Aaron himself, it looks like he still wants Marion and Rick to remarry and be a family again. We saw an example at the end of Rick’s latest centered storyline in which Rick himself also tried to rekindle things with Marion, although unlike Aaron, Rick still refuses to stop being stuck in the past and always self-sabotages himself when he is given a chance to start over (@jbwarner86 said something like that at the end of said storyline) aside to always talk about his “glory” days in Vietnam.
As for Marion, she only wanted to be a “real” doctor to have a mountain man like the one from Dr. Quinn, but she only got a fraud!
Y’know, in hindsight, Marion really should have asked herself, if this guy knew so much about that part of the country, what was he doing out in Eden Prairie? But I guess that’s the dark side to the power of hunks, innit?
I will say this, I AM a little disappointed neither Rick or even Denise made an appearance in the storyline, seeing as how Sully made the perfect foil to them, but I’m glad Marion learned her lesson.
Also, I’m amazed Rick taking Aaron to a strip club apparently wasn’t the deal breaker than led to their divorce XD
@JIMENOPOLIX: I would assume Fox Mulder on “The X-Files”, but that won’t premiere until September 😆
@Plocb And what character of the time gives her the idea to go down that path?
Next week: Marion decides she wants to be an FBI agent.

Eh. It’s good to have fantasies Marion. Just as long as those fantasies don’t effect people in your life.
Ex-husband with benefits, then?
At least Aaron can still hold the mic in his left hand for a bit…
Glad Marion learned her lesson.

Yay! Dumb mom learned her lesson!
