@Lourenzo: I don’t know, but right after posting my comment, I actually looked up the history of cell phones and realized they already existed as far back as the ’70s.
However, the kind of cell phones that people more commonly used back then (flip-phones and smartphones, which were more easily portable, allowed for texting and overall had better coverage) wouldn’t become commercially successful until the late ’90s.

Now Michelle and Kendra are unlocked. Is there room for anyone else? One, maybe two characters if you move Jocelyn over a bit. April 1st has passed, so it’s unlikely we’re going check in and see Mr Tucker or Rick West up there.
