@Joey245: That’s because Ron has always consistently been one of the best antagonists in all iterations. JB consistently hits it out of the park with him; I’m going to assume that strips with him, the writing process is just everything you wish you could say to hyper-judgemental, hypocritical evangelists like Ron.
*pops open a soda can and waits for the “The Antagonists are too shallow and unlikeable” comments to begin rolling in.*
Gonna be interesting to see what’s different and what’s the same in this continuity. Ronald seems to be the same judgmental, projecting Christian that misses the point of religion, while Phyllis seems a little more aware of the hypocrisy. Neat, let’s see where this goes.
Also, talking while drinking an entire gallon of milk like it’s a shot glass? Jos must have a serious gag reflex.

Ah,…so Rick is now Ronald…just less PTSD. And Marion is now Phyllis…only not so PHYSICALLY abused…
well phyllis seems kinda meek now?
Gonna need a burn heal for that one… or a full heal, alternatively.
Ooh, a burn right there in the last panel.
