I know I’ve said this before, but I really like Craig’s character. The vast, VAST majority of fictional athletes fall squarely into the “jerk jock” trope — they’re always portrayed as muscle-headed assholes who love to throw their weight around and pick on anyone weaker than they are. But not Craig — he’s friendly, outgoing, and a genuinely nice person. Sure, he’s dumb as a bag of rocks, but I’ll take a “dumb jock” over a “jerk jock” any day.
Plot thickens for a future arc. I am definitely interested in finding out about Lindsay’s backstory regarding her previous High School. Sounds like she dealt with her fair share of harassment back in California.
Claire got off lightly, if dumping her in laundry bins is an option.
Lindsey backstory is good as she still has to be more experienced than anyone else if she wants to keep ahead of whatever’s going on.
Man, judging from the previous strip, this strip takes place minutes or hours afterwards, and already Claire’s name is in the school newspaper. Gossip must indeed run rampant in that school.
I’m not surprised, but impressed by the speed of production.
Correction: the vast majority of fictional HIGH SCHOOL athletes, I should have said.

@ Jayster: Seems like the day after since Claire’s outfit is different.

Okay I might’ve misread the last panel, but my point still stands.

Well . . . Claire’s editorial is a start.
