And for the record, I was never much of an Oasis fan myself, because of an annoying song of theirs that my teacher (at this specialist school I used to go to) kept putting on almost every morning.
For a little context here, in September of 1995, after months of rivalry with the band Blur, Noel Gallagher told a newspaper that he hoped members of the band would “catch AIDS and die”. And this is BEFORE all of the really toxic sibling rivalry stuff that played out between Noel and Liam later in 1996.
This reminds me of the “Species” storyline in which Derek made Cameron into believing that the girl who invited him to a pool party was an actual alien and he bought it. In this story, and unlike Derek, Joel has actual reasons to prevent Aaron from going to that concert.
Oh, wait…since 1996 is a leap year, we’re getting TWO comics either today or tomorrow! Sweet!
Kurt Loder… man, remember the times before he became an out of touch boomer?
TheJayster99 – Bingo.

I’d recommend a groin guard over shoulder pads, but you do you…

You will find him caught beneath the landslide…
@Superior Gorilla unfortunately, unlike Derek, Joel is being a very reliable source hereā¦

It was at this moment Aaron knew…he fucked up.
Oh boy, that’s a red flag.
In the age before the internet made researching shit before going through with it like this a million times easier.
