I had a manager do that to me when I delivered pizzas. I told her, in no uncertain terms, I wasn’t going to be part of her dog and pony show again and not to pull that bullshit again.
I think she was less threatened by my words and more angry that she didn’t know what “dog and pony show” meant.
@Lourenzo I agree. I think Ramsay wouldn’t ever get physical with an employee unless they got physical with him first. Sure he may yell at Joel for screwing up an order, but he would make him get the order right instead of calling him an idiot right in front of him and get someone else to do it. Plus, I think Joel would tell his mother about this, and this guy would be fired so fast he wouldn’t know what the hell happened. I also agree with Aaron here, all that for just pickles?
