As for the babysitter still counting, it would be funnier to have her leaning out a window, smoking, grimly contemplating the failure of losing the kid she’s babysitting, only to hear Jacob coming in the front door. She resumes counting at a believable sounding number, acting cheery for Jacob, neither of them noticing the neighbor’s patio umbrella catching on fire.
Anyway, Jacob having Mrs Maxwell as a contact might help him in the future, but it has a low possibility of helping Deb grow a parenting skill.
A very high possibility of that, kid. Though I doubt Tina gonna do it intentionally. We all know Deb gonna push her to that point with her needling. All these “victories” are gonna go to Deb’s head where she thinks she can say anything and not expect blowback. Tina been turning the other cheek so far, but that patience is gonna hit it’s limit sooner or later.
Assuming Vanessa’s not counting faster than 1 number per second and is counting by 1, she’s probably still in the lower thousands at best. < 10k

Well, that’s a relief (Deb still being out).
Wonder if the babysitter is still counting in there…?

Hmm. This is going to be very interesting to see what happens if Debra finds out.
I’ll eat my hat if Vanessa is still counting to a million!!
I swear, if the babysitter is still in there counting lol
I think you meant to say “Do I get to watch”, Jacob.
Joel and Katy may have a little brother by the end of this
@TheJayster49: Are you seeing something I’m not seeing? He appears more confused or worried to me.
And it’s a shame that this arc is concluding. I felt that there was more that could be explored before heading back into the status quo.
Called it!
Dang, it seems like Jacob has grown attached to Tina, seeing her as a parental substitute.
Jacob looks… almost ecstatic at the thought of Tina beating up Deb XD
