@Bruh McGee – Well, if Nic doesn’t come back to read Jesse’s comic, that’s his loss. I read a lot of syndicated and web comics, and the only one I’ve ever liked 100% was Garfield. It would take something seriously bad to get me to stop reading any given comic.
@jbwarner86 Damn. Guess that explains it. Can’t truly be a fan of something without acknowledging its flaws or taking most parodying jabs in stride lmao
BTW Nic, if one person in your entire life saying anything bad about Disney is enough to make you stop supporting them, I don’t think you were even a fan to begin with.
@Bruh McGee: Nic gets really angry whenever this series treats wholesome things like Disney or the Muppets with anything less than absolute reverence. He also hates the Nostalgia Critic, and I guess me by proxy, since I am also an Internet content creator with a focus on the past. Frankly, then, I don’t know why he was even reading this comic in the first place 🤷♂️
If Lindsay is like this in the future, she’s gonna end up a shut-in. She needs to get some guts and accept and face the world for what it is. Much of it isn’t, and won’t ever be, perfect. But there are places where she can make it better.
Maybe either Joel or Michelle could fill her in on how Disney didn’t ask the French for permission to build a Disneyland in Paris, hence why they’re so angry, because they didn’t ask for it, yet they got it by force.
Yeah, probably should have gone with Disney World. And Lindsay, perhaps Antarctica would be a good place where no one is mean to anyone, considering no actual humans live there.
Lindsay has an odd case of post-vacation blues. Of course, school is out for the summer and she doesn’t have work in the morning. Mars looks nice, but you couldn’t get a pizza delivered no matter what.
That bread wasn’t even buttered.
@Nic Kramer – This isn’t an airport, you don’t need to announce your departure.
That said… buh-bye, you won’t be missed.

It’s Disney, Lindsay, what do you expect! I wonder if Al Bundy was treated that way by French people! XD
As someone who loathes the fabricated corporate happiness (TM) sold by Disney as a general rule, I can only smile.
I get escapism. I applaud escapism.
Do better than Disney.

Unfortunately, Lindsay, Disney has a way of making some people miserable. Just ask anyone who works in the VFX industry.
@Nic Kramer How did this strip garner as strike three, mate? What happened? I haven’t been keeping up with the comic much lately
Kevin, the time of year doesn’t really change Mars. It’s always cold AF.

Yeah, like Exal said. It ain’t the kind of place to raise the kids…
I dunno, I heard from a rather reliable source that Mars is as cold as Hell…
And that was strike three. Congrats on losing a reader, JB.

Or would Joel and Michelle know about it?

To quote, ironically, a Disney movie from 2016:
“Life isn’t some cartoon musical where you sing a little song and your insipid dreams magically come true! So let it go!”
