There is definitly a personality swap going on here. Yes, this is the same character that punched Aaron, but he deserved it more then Lindsey does at this stage. Lindsey has done nothing wrong, while Jessica does- and says- everything wrong, in the same way that previous volume Lindsey did everything wrong.

    She seems nice.

The irony is that if Jessica hadn’t specifically sought out Lindsay to try and assert her alpha status, Linz might never have even met her and her squad, let alone stolen them away from her. The bitch literally brought this on herself!

I hope throughout the series we’ll see this rivalry. I love how Jessica is this complete jerk, who’ll stop at nothing to ruin Lindsey’s life and fail spectacularly every time, with each failure being bigger than the last. I hope Lindsey will continue to be mostly innocent during the whole time.

I noticed that the more she gets unhinged, the wilder her hair becomes. I wonder if its just gonna go all spiked when she finally loses it? XD

Man, talk about a role reversal right there in this continuity. Jessica is burning her bridges without even realizing it. Plus, I like how Craig has more of a backbone this time around.

I like how Craig is at least willing to stand up for himself this time around. This will definitely make the inevitable break up come off better rather than him being manipulated.

This is actually starting to make me wish the subplot of Lindsay spreading that lie about Jessica in the original was still present here.

It didn’t quite work in the original because Jessica seemed completely innocent and everybody hating her over something that was quite vague was very mean-spirited. Now that the reboot fleshes out Jessica’s character and establishes her as the alpha bitch, we now have more of a reason to root for the empire.
