-“…not allowed to do the dishes for a week?”
-“Make it two weeks…”
Two weeks of her NOT doing the dishes? Or did you mishear her and thought she said she WOULD do the dishes? Or did you bend her words to have her punishment be doing dishes?
Mole204 to be fair, it’s stated in the previous strips that they don’t even really know what the movie’s about or what’s going on. It *is* sort of a confusing movie for a 14 year old.
I’m not gonna call anything here, but this personal angle (with Deb most likely gonna overly-demonize Katy) is gonna make Deb’s inevitable fall from grace all the more satisfying.
Okay I’d LOVE to see how in the hell they accomplished something like that XD
Also, I’m surprised Katy didn’t mention that sneaking into Basic Instinct was Joel’s idea. Guess she didn’t want to rat him out like you’d expect her to do so, which is nice.
This is such a different take on Tina’s 90s parentalnoia that I’m surprised by how wholesomely she’s acting.
There’s nothing about Katey and Ashley’s innocence or view being rocked by what they’ve seen, I notice.
@JIMENOPOLIX Tina winks as she says it.

@Toon-Resurrection92: I second that motion!
Okay. It’s official. I love this version of Tina!
I saw that wink. xD

“They duct-taped her car to that light pole.”

Looks like Tina secretly approves of Katy’s little rebellion.
