I’d question how an exposed stomach could lead to a suspension but, eh I got a week long suspension in middle school over a false accusation just to “be on the safe side” during this decade. So, yeah I can see that happening.
Calling it now – the Plot Twist is that the title I Scream Sunday is indicative of Steve only getting In-School Suspension for whatever he does to get full suspension.
I was wondering why Steve has an antenna on his beanie, then realised it was part of the phone. You never see those any more. Nice little detail, JB. 😆
That’s just refusing to talk your way out of a situation, but Jos has never been very bright. As for Steve, it may be a bad idea to be wasting condoms, but cartoon logic would demand no consequences. So, is he going to just do that in front of Mulroney? Is he going to stand around in a parking lot with a condom filled with mustard, waiting for the principal to finish his coffee?
“I Scream Sunday” seems to be the title of a punk album by the band “One bad pig.” So, it has nothing to do with 1) “That feeling you get on Sunday that tomorrow you have to do the same full week of nothing-productive that you were forced to do last week.” or 2) making Jocelyn into a human sundae for some reason? Or does she not do photos for the flyers for the all-girl punk band anymore?
Ah yes, a student wears revealing clothing and it’s their fault for “provoking” the teachers. It’s funny how they rarely if ever have the same complaints when it comes to boys wearing revealing clothing.
From the looks of things, I can tell this is just gonna be a simple slice-of-life arc. And fitting that Steve and Jocelyn appear to be the main stars of it, considering it’s April Fools Day XD
Tooleigion, I think the issue is not Jocelyn’s wardrobe but her response.

oh shit. the last of our three main ships is coming true
Yes. Jocelyn and Steve centered arc. Looking forward to the shenanigans.

Just occurred to me — Aaron and Kendra got together before Steve and Jocelyn in this canon!
