Me and my brother were Surge fans when it came out about 2-3 years from this comic. We’re both really happy it came back out, to the point my niece asked us what was so special about it.
Joel may think he’s counting the number of times he can swing the guitar around his neck, but he’s actually counting the number of teeth he’ll lose when he eventually messes up and whacks himself in the face with said guitar.
