Interesting. So Katy’s basically freaking out because she’s spent every day of her life working to achieve popularity, and now that she just gets it for free without having to work for it, she doesn’t know what to do with herself anymore. Sort of the “retiree’s problem” — what do I do with my time, once I no longer need to do anything?

I finally realized that Katy’s dream is basically a version of “The Neutral Zone”‘s A-plot that’s actually GOOD. Mostly because it’s not set during Season One.

Katy & Troi bonding over chocolate. LOL. Makes me wish this was a two-week story.

Yeah, understandable why Katy wants to leave considering she’s a fish out of water.

The fact that Katy actually WANTS to go back to the 20th century is a genuine shock to me. Like, yeah, Katy probably won’t see her friends and family again, but she’s always the one complaining about how boring her life is and wanting to get away from her brother.
