This is generally why I just give constructive criticism where it’s needed, I don’t want the artist to be unhappy in making their work and seen more then a few webcomics I like stop because of a meltdown. Making art can be a mental minefield sometimes and some artist can be a bit anxious about how they’re doing. Last thing you wanna do is make them turn against their audience. Yeah you both won’t see eye to eye sometimes on some things, but you gotta keep in mind this is still THEIR story they’re telling.
Now I don’t wanna be Cameron or Derek here, but it’s kinda frustrating that these two brats were the only ones who we really got to see respond to Kendra’s comic (outside Trevor’s incredibly brief cameo). Like they kinda just come off more like a vocal minority rather than a general representation of the comic’s general audience.
Granted, I’m aware vocal minorities are more annoying and stick out more, but still.

@MegaJar – I don’t know. I suggested some changes for old Kevin, but bigger boobs wasn’t one of them.

Why do I get the feeling that this is a not-so-subtle jab at certain unnamed members of 1990S’s real-world audience?
TheJayster: That’s how it is for a lot of creatives. The criticisms of a vocal minority can affect you more than the compliments of the majority
