There’s a lot of wild mass guessing from the last two panels alone.
Olivia looking in the mirror with a somewhat forlorn look on her face in the third panel indicates she may have issues that will be further explored in later pages, while Patricia’s pondering in the last panel seems to show that she might be thinking up something that could either work successfully or go horribly wrong… and knowing this comic, it’s most likely the latter.
Also, “first grade play about nutrition.” I feel like there’s a joke there I’m not getting.
