Did the Planeteers ever put a hit out on somebody? Because a “go into a casino dressed/acting like 1930’s Chicago gangsters” episode sounds totally like something that they’d do on Captain Planet.
Where would Mrs Fitsimmons get a barrel of toxic waste? Of course nobody ever explains where adults get strange things. (Where Jocelyn gets things even more so.)
