    Fun fact: Hendrix made the guitar sound like war noises as a commentary on the Vietnam war. I also wonder if Joel were to have tried to go to the (rumored?) Woodstock of ’89, had he known about it lol.

    Yeah, Jimi Hendrix’s version of the Star Spangled Banner was without a doubt one of THE highlights of the original Woodstock. And Roseanne’s version of the Star Spangled Banner was not just embarrassing, but also disgraceful.
