I’m actually kind of digging this new version of Kevin. He’s obnoxious and insulting, but doesn’t take it to the extremes of his original. He feels more like an actual person now, even given his role in the strip.

Joel, Aaron, Steve are while their not portayed as Saints are always just seen as ‘In the right’ while anyone else is just a huge jerk with no other personality traits either. I can barely call these jerks characters but more caricatures. Jbwarner says he likes making these exaggerated villains but I feel they do more harm to the story than good.
