Jayster, it’s not entirely unusual for romance to happen swiftly, especially when both parties are already crushing over each other. Plus, that’s quite normal in high school. Whether it lasts or not depends.

For Aaron and Kendra in the previous universe, that took so long due to Kendra denying her own feelings for Aaron, mostly due to her believing she wasn’t even remotely ready for a relationship. That in itself could well be due to her lack on confidence in herself in that regard. That is also quite normal for a hormonal teenager, especially one as aware and intelligent as she is.

He dumb, but he’s the perfect boyfriend. Of course Lindsey wants to change the wrong half of that.
So there’s a party. Is the tennis court finished yet or is it still unpaved? It’s just I have a sudden vision of Jessica crashing the party and getting in a fight with pool-wear attired cheerleaders or Lindsey. Though an underwater fight-scene is more probable than mudwrestling in the unfinished tennis court zone.
I still have to ask what the “Don’t Not Wanna Fall In Love” title means or is from. Is it a song lyric? A one liner?

Honestly, while I agree that the chemistry between Lindsay and Craig is a vast improvement over the original, a criticism I have with all incarnations of the comic is that I feel that the romance gets rushed a bit. I mean, Lindsay just barely met Craig a couple arcs ago, and already they’re falling in love.

Now, I understand that there are time intervals in-between each arc, but I feel it would be beneficial if there was a more “show, don’t tell” approach.

This is also one of the reasons why I enjoyed the buildup towards Aaron and Kendra’s pairing, because it took a realistically long amount of time for them to even acknowledge their actual feelings. Granted, Aaron is a pervert who would do anything to get laid, but Kendra brought out the good side of him even when he didn’t realize it.

This is sweet in an awkward way.

This started off pretty cute, but Craig still shows the mental scars from his last relationship. Hoping that Craig and Lindsay will be able to find happiness with one another and that Craig will be able to move forward.
