1) get over the initial shock, say he accepts Ashleigh the way she is, and is willing to learn more about the LGBTQ community, thus becoming an ally
or
2) become Ronald 2.0 and get the boot immediately.
Considering his favorite show is intolerant and likes to portray Eric as the only one right in the world with no exception (other than the dog and baby, but they’re barely props much less characters)… This isn’t ending well.
