Arthur may feel bad, but it’s nice to see Louise has his back, and nice to see that Jenny does appreciate the lengths he went to get her something that’d make her happy.

Nice to see Arthur get more fleshing out. I feel like he’s one of the most static characters in the whole comic, so this storyline was a refreshing change of pace for him. Also nice to see Jenny actually being appreciative.
Never expected to say this, but I can finally empathize with Arthur about him not having the best Christmases as a kid. Maybe we will know more about that in the future?
