@Superior Gorilla: I don’t think it’s implying that Jenny was Kaiser Seesaw all along, but rather that there never WAS a Kaiser Seesaw and she made the whole thing up. (And by “implying” I mean “directly stating”, as seen in the panel 3 caption.)
Please disregard my previous comment. When I said that I had a feeling it was gonna end like this, I meant Jenny getting blamed while Andrew got off scott free, much like how Kevin Spacey’s character got off scott free in the movie.

So it was the latter half of my comment from the last page.
Part of me was expecting Smeckley to doubt Jennyβs story and then it turns out it was all true.
Nice little twist.
I had a feeling it was gonna end like this. Poor Jenny. π
Ohhh, so it was JENNY all along and blamed Andrew in order to make excuses to avoid all the blame as usual!
I’m not sure if I was more shocked by the twist from this or the Sting when my dad showed both movies to me & my siblings.
@TheJayster99: Well, this is exactly how the movie ends, so I apologize for spoiling it for you 30 years after the fact π
Well that was a tad anticlimactic. Then again, I’ve never heard of The Usual Suspects until now so… π
