I will actually be interested to see Michelle’s reaction to the Playstation, especially when FFVII and Symphony of The Night get released. Because The higher data capability of disc technology at the time, as well as Nintendo’s strict regulations for having games get developed for them is what led to a lot of developers switching to Sony for the more freedom they had there.

The console wars. God, the Super Game Boy was underrated. Also, I did like the Game Gear despite its flaws.

Sega still has the Saturn and Dreamcast to through at consumers before they pack it in. Mario v Sonic is not quite over yet.

I’m with Michelle here. Game Boy Donkey Kong is an absolute masterpiece, especially on the Super GB.

@TheJayster99 I think it’s that they saw the regular Nintendo as kiddie stuff and now are embarrassed about having to eat their words re: the SNES.

That thing about the battery life of the Game Gear is too real lol

At least they’re not supporting the Panasonic 3DO.

You can have Michelle act neutral all you want, but I know where you lie on that spectrum dude =P. But much as I hate say it, Sega would start dropping the ball around this point. I loved the Genesis and it had a fine run, but good grief, I wish the companies branch were more disciplined.

@Michael: I have a strong feeling about Michelle switching sides once the PS One comes out unless N64 ‘convinces’ her about the opposite.

And next year this’ll all repeat with PlayStation.

It legitimately seems weird to me that there would anybody – let along children – that would be embarrassed to play the SNES.

Also, wait until these kids learn Trent Reznor would become a film composer later in his life LOL
